Exchange Policy

At Silvora by Soubhagya Jewellers, we aim to provide our customers with a transparent and convenient jewellery exchange experience.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Eligible jewellery purchased from Soubhagya Jewellers may be considered for exchange subject to the applicable exchange conditions.

The jewellery should be presented in its original condition along with the original invoice and applicable certificates or documents.

2. Conditions for Exchange

Jewellery submitted for exchange should generally meet the following conditions:

• The jewellery must be in acceptable physical condition.
• Original purchase invoice should be available.
• Original certificates, tags and relevant documents should be provided where applicable.
• The jewellery should not have been altered or modified by a third party.
• The jewellery may be subject to inspection and verification before exchange approval.

3. Exchange Period

Customized, personalized, engraved or specially manufactured jewellery may have different exchange conditions.

Exchange eligibility for such jewellery will be determined based on the nature of the product and the applicable purchase terms.

7. Original Documents

Customers should retain the original invoice, jewellery certificate, product documentation, tags and packaging supplied with the jewellery.

These documents may be required to verify the original purchase and process an exchange request.
